In this episode, we delve deep into the thrilling semi-final matches that had the nation on edge.

Gaelic football is all about skill, dedication, and passion, and the semi-finals delivered all that and more!  However, that was probably best shown in the Tailteann cup final and Irish Times sports journalist Eamonn Donoghue summed it up saying: “Ehm yeah, a surprising in a way. Eh, they (Meath) didn’t match that performance eh at all. At all. At all in the finals. Eh yeah, I just thought, that you know, refreshing to see. It was very, I started football in comparison to ehm, senior game, it was a lot more traditional. Eh, especially the way Meath played. We got on top of a lot of key people. Eh, and there are some really, really good quality players coming through. Eh, Graham Middle of the field. You know, especially in powerful. Athletic and strong in the carrying and it’s as well, kick some passive points like so far yeah. Yeah, the first half goal I got was, I wouldn’t say they made hard work but there’s fair enough protection I suppose”. Join us as we highlight the players who shone.

Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes in the world of Gaelic football?  Eamon Donoghue revealed it saying: “Yeah, yeah definitely a positive for them. Ehm, you know, like they were competitive most of the games. I don’t recall taking a ship in and a hammer and like you know they lost their man. And that wasn’t eh you know like a stronger team. Stronger team. Day. Day. Beat them. Ehm. Ehm. And yeah, that’s the semi-final. You know got back to Croke Park I suppose.

Mr Donoghue added: “Reminding everyone what that team’s been doing for the park and when they get to the open space. And the development identity and yeah suppose to consider and we’re Down and we’ve also seen the underage. Underage. Um teams coming through and a lot of those players like Murdoch being on COVID, and it looks like unless something mad happened on the off-season like change track in terms of material point of view. You know it will be a continuation in the same direction as, so it’s been positive celebrities and harmonies and tenure.” Our podcast brings you full post-match interviews with players, coaches, and pundits, giving you a unique glimpse into the minds of those who make it all happen. Listen in as they share their thoughts on the intense competition and offer insights into their winning strategies. Players and members of a midland sports club have been left “disheartened” following extensive damage to their clubhouse.  The toilets at Ballymore GAA’s facility have been rendered unusable following the incident, and the wall.

The GAA Zone Podcast leaves no stone unturned when it comes to analysis. Donoghue hit the nail.

Whether you’re a die-hard GAA supporter or a casual observer of Gaelic football, this episode promises something for everyone. Eamon simplified the semifinal action saying: “Ehm, Ehm, ah, there’s improvements needed against, against eh, Kerry. Ehm, I, I thought that the train’s the game, both semi-finals were particularly that one because. Because you didn’t really know you didn’t expect Monaghan to be honest and I know that they rise to get that far. But at the same time, they hadn’t faced as you know as distantly as twice, and they’ve beaten Tyrone. They made a Mayo or Galway. And in the league. Yeah. They were competitive and competitive in the game. I was a bit surprised. Earlier in the year it was my county. My county. Up in the ball for a long time. For a long time. And they’re starting to peak. Starting to peak. And they’ve also a lot of experience and goes there.”
